Sugar scrub is great for getting rid of calluses on the feet, helps with pain from plantar fasciitis and is a microdermabrasion for your feet or back. I start off by putting warm towels on your feet or back and then put on the sugar scrub in a variety of scents. You choose one. I then out another hot towel on to get rid of the sugar. I end by managing your feet or back with a body butter that is the same scent as the scrub. It is really relaxing and your body will feel and look different.
Deep blue rub
Deep blue rub is helpful for getting rid of pain without going deeper into the muscle belly. I use doterra deep blue rub to help clients with chronic pain, arthritis, and post surgery. I use hot towels at the beginning of the treatment and at the end.
